Sweepstakes Official Rules
NO PURCHASE, PAYMENT OF ANY KIND, OR OBLIGATION IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. BOTH ONLINE / OFFLINE (AMOE) ENTRIES PROVIDE EQUAL CHANCES OF WINNING. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED OR RESTRICTED BY LAW.
1. AGREEMENT TO OFFICIAL RULES: By participating in the BestAround Sweepstakes ("Sweepstakes"), you ("You") agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of BestAround.com and its owner, StatCommerce LLC ("Sponsor"), which are final and binding in all respects. The Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. Void where prohibited, restricted or regulated by law.
2. ELIGIBILITY: The Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of The United States of America with a verified BestAround account, who are at least 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees, officers, and directors of the Sponsor, its parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, and advertising and promotion agencies, and the immediate family members of each, are not eligible.
3. SWEEPSTAKES PERIOD: The Sweepstakes begins on January 1, 2025 at 12:01am MT ends on December 31, 2025 at 11:59pm MT ("Sweepstakes Period").
4. HOW TO ENTER: There are three (3) methods of entry. Each person is limited to a maximum of twenty-five (25) total entries per day during the Sweepstakes Period, regardless of entry method.
**A. Online Voting Entry (1 Entry):** Visit BestAround.com during the Sweepstakes Period and cast a vote for any profile where sweepstakes is offered. After submitting your vote, you will receive one (1) ticket (chances) to play our Instant Win Game.
**B. Online Testimonial Entry (10 Entries):** Visit BestAround.com during the Sweepstakes Period and submit a qualifying testimonial for any profile where sweepstakes is offered. After submitting your testimonial, you will receive ten (10) tickets (chances) to play the Instant Win Game.
**C. Alternative Method of Entry (AMOE) (11 Entries):** To enter without voting or leaving a testimonial, hand-print your full legal name, street address, city, state, zip code, date of birth, and valid email address on a plain 3" x 5" card. Mail as postcard or in a standard business-size envelope (only 1 single card per envelope) to:

Mail-in entries must be postmarked by December 31, 2025 and received by January 8, 2026 to be eligible. Upon receipt of a valid mail-in entry, a Sponsor representative will conduct the Instant Win Game on your behalf. The representative will be randomly assigned eleven (11) auto-picked sets numbers, which will be checked against the winning numbers.
5. PRIZES AND ODDS OF WINNING:
Grand Prize (8/8 Match): Each Verified Grand Prize Winner will receive a 7-night resort stay vacation certificate, with any pre-travel booking/processing fees paid. However, taxes, meals, and airfare are not included. Vacation Certificate is good for a 7-night accomodations for up to 4 people (with 1 being at least 21 years old) at your choice of participating Resorts in Florida, Hawaii, Colorado, California, Mexico, Bahamas, Aruba, St Maarten, Canada and many more locations, subject to availability. Odds of winning are approximately 1 in 28,987,537,150 per play.
Silver/Second Prize (7/8 Match): Each Verified Silver Prize Winner will receive a 3-day/2-night vacation stay certificate in Las Vegas (or alternative location chosen by winner, if available), with any pre-travel booking/processing fees paid. However, taxes, meals, and airfare are not included. Odds of winning are approximately 1 in 50,325,586 per play.
Bronze/Consolation Prize (6/8 Match): Each Verified Winner will receive $500 Savings Certificate for Groceries and/or popular Restaurants. Odds of winning are approximately 1 in 405,035 per play.
Travel Award Certificates are provided by a third-party travel company and are subject to separate terms and conditions by the travel company, which will be fully disclosed to each winner by the travel company. Sponsor will pay for all pre-travel activation/booking/processing fees charged by the travel company as part of the prize .. However, taxes, meals, transport, gratuities and any other ancillary/on-site costs are not included. The Sponsor, at its sole option, reserves the right to substitute a different prize certificate of equal or greater value.
Bonus Play Prizes (2-5 Matches): Participants who match 2, 3, 4, or 5 of the winning numbers will receive additional bonus ticket chances to play the Instant Win Game. The odds of receiving bonus plays are as follows:
Matching 5/8 numbers: Odds are approximately 1 in 8,680
Matching 4/8 numbers: Odds are approximately 1 in 403
Matching 3/8 numbers: Odds are approximately 1 in 37
Matching 2/8 numbers: Odds are approximately 1 in 6.63
Matching 1/8 numbers: Odds are approximately 1 in 2.46
Total Prize Value: The total approximate retail value of all prizes to be awarded is $2,850.00. No single prize exceeds a value of $5,000.
6. WINNER SELECTION AND NOTIFICATION:
Online Entrants: The results of the Instant Win Game will be displayed immediately on the website after the entry is submitted. Potential winners must follow on-screen instructions to claim their prize with a valid claim number immediately when they win. Failure to properly claim their prize before playing again or leaving the page may result in prize forfeiture.
AMOE Entrants: The results of the Instant Win Game will be determined by a Sponsor representative upon receipt of the mail-in entry. Potential AMOE Winners will be notified via email if they win at the address provided on their entry card within 2 weeks of receipt of their entry.
Verification: Potential winners must comply with all terms and conditions of these Official Rules. The Sponsor reserves the right to verify eligibility and may require an Affidavit of Eligibility and Liability/Publicity Release to be completed and returned within 15 days of the date of the prize notification. Failure to do so may result in disqualification.
7. TIERED BONUS PLAY: If an entry results in a match of 2 to 5 numbers, they will be awarded bonus plays as stated in Section 5. This applies equally to online and AMOE entrants. For AMOE entrants, a Sponsor representative will conduct the bonus plays on their behalf, and any resulting wins will be notified via email.
8. RELEASE OF LIABILITY: By participating, you agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor, its parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, and their respective directors, officers, employees, and agents from any and all liability for any injuries, loss, or damage of any kind arising from or in connection with the Sweepstakes or any prize won.
9. TAXES: All taxes on prizes are the sole responsibility of the winners. Winners of prizes valued at $600 or more will be issued an IRS Form 1099-MISC.
10. GENERAL CONDITIONS: The Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Sweepstakes if any fraud, technical failures, or other factors impair its integrity. All winners must be verified. The Sponsor reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process or acts in a disruptive manner.
11. PRIVACY: Information collected from entrants is subject to the Sponsor's Privacy Policy. By entering, you consent to the collection, use, and sharing of your information by the Sponsor and its affiliates.

13. DISPUTES: Any disputes arising from this Sweepstakes will be governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming.
