I've seen them handle other peoples misbehaving animals with care and love and in a way that doesn't hurt the animal at all. They are angels who deserve every praise possible. The only bad thing about this place are that I wish they had more/better parking but I've never had a problem parking there after the first time and the wait time can be long in non-emergency situations, but they will get to your animal quickly if it only needs shots and not an exam. (Call ahead to reserve time for an exam) A+ service for care and price. I hope everyone who works there gets treated well also because they deserve it.
